2. Service Description
Intelliclinic.io provides AI-powered automation services for healthcare practices, including:

AI Receptionist (call handling and appointment booking)

AI Social Media Manager (content and engagement management)

AI Follow-Up Specialist (appointment reminders and patient communications)

AI Review Responder (online reputation management)

AI Avatar Assistant (website lead qualification with optional Vision AI)

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA, state laws, and professional standards.

Prohibited Use: You may not use our services for illegal activities, to harm others, or to violate patient privacy rights.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans: We offer Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans with different features and pricing.

Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage-based features (AI Avatar minutes, paid ads) may incur additional charges.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of prepaid services.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data: You retain all rights to your customer and patient data. We act as a processor/Business Associate under HIPAA.

Our Use: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

AI Training: Call recordings and interactions may be used to improve AI performance, always in compliance with HIPAA.

6. Service Level and Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All Intelliclinic.io software, AI models, branding, and content are our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our services. No white-label or resale rights are granted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intelliclinic.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Our AI services are tools to assist your practice; you remain responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelliclinic.io from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Intelliclinic.io is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
